Website

I distributed tour buttons throughout the front page in the content and redesigned the front page. This will increase Click Through Rates (CTR) which will make more site visitors end up on the tour scheduling page. I will be collecting data and improving the CTR as more people visit the website.

I updated the website. This means:

  • The code (php) has been updated to the latest version
  • SSL Certificate has been added
  • Made images smaller so the page speed is faster
  • Plugins have been updated the the latest version
  • The site now has backups, so if the site goes down it won’t be lost
  • The WordPress theme has been updated to its latest version
  • Added and Configured Site Security

Tracking has been set up, so we will be able to remarket to specific users on Facebook.

  • Updated conversion tracking
  • Created a new remarketing campaign
  • Optimized keywords
  • Connected Google ads to Google Analytics
  • Spoke to Google Ads Rep about optimizing ads

Tour Process

People signing up for tours does not require anyone to contact the customer to schedule, they can now do it right on the website.

Here is the sign up calendar:

People who schedule a tour will be emailed about

  • Verifying the tour time
  • Reminder 1 day before the tour
  • Reminder the day of the tour
  • Give feedback after the tour

Email Marketing

I created a new process to send out emails. The benifits of this process are:

  • Less time needed
  • Higher likelyhood of emails being delivered to the recipient
  • More visibility to who opened the email

This creates the abiltiy to send emails to Parents at any school, Teachers and any school, or the whole organization within seconds.

Updated and Improved how LTP Ads and Descriptions show up on Google.

Before we start creating new content to add to the site, I would like to improve the pages that already exist. The pages I would like to update in the coming months are:
